Arcadia Urgent Care is open 7 days a week. Please Check with your insurance company if you have concerns regarding coverage for urgent care visits.

Emergencies

After hour emergencies are referred to your nearest emergency room. You can reach emergency services or an ambulance by calling 911. Your doctor cannot adequately assess your condition over the telephone and does not have access to your medical records outside of regular office hours.

appointments

24 Hour Cancellation Notice: We make every attempt to run on-time and we don't double-booked appointments. Therefore, if you need to reschedule your appointment, please call 24 hours ahead to allow your appointment to be offered to another patient.

Arriving Late: If you arrive late, you have used some of your allotted appointment time. If we cannot evaluate and treat you in the remaining time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. You may be offered the option to wait for the next available time.

Calling Us

Our office telephone is answered 24/7 by the office manager. Routine calls (e.g. appointment scheduling, requests for prescriptions/refills, billing questions) should be made during office hours 9 AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. We do not have access to medical records or the office schedule outside of regular office hours.

Medication Refills

Medication refills are addressed Monday throuhg Friday, as we do not have access to your medical records outside of normal office hours. Please call your pharmacy and have your refill request faxed to (602) 508-8325. Requests should be received 72 hours in advance. If you have no refills remaining, it may indicate that an appointment is needed. Calling 72 hours in advance allows enough time to make an appointment before your medication completely runs out.

If you need medication refilled on a weekend, you will need to be seen at the urgent care/emergency room.
